2. Payment Terms
– Full Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
– No-Show Policy: Guests will not receive a refund if they fail to show up on the scheduled check-in date.
3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
– Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund, and no payment will be received by the host.
– Modification: Guests may modify their booking up to 30 days before check-in for free, subject to availability.
– Late Cancellation: If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 30 days before check-in, guests will be refunded 50% for all nights. If canceled less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be provided.
4. Deposit and Security

– Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property or its contents during their stay, which will be charged at market value or the replacement cost.
5. House Rules
– Maximum Occupancy: Each property has a maximum occupancy limit, which must not be exceeded.
– Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
– Noise Control: Guests are required to adhere to noise control guidelines from 22:00 to 08:00.
– Parties and Gatherings: No parties or gatherings are allowed on the premises.
6. Special Requests
– Children’s Facilities & Pets: For children’s facilities or pet stays, guests must contact us directly to confirm availability and acceptance of the request.
7. Communication
– Customer Support: Guests can reach us anytime via our customer service phone number or by email during their stay for any inquiries or concerns.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
