Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und entsprach vollständig den Fotos. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war super, da wir mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs waren und so ohne weitere Kosten einen Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft hatten.
Super séjour à Lisbonne ! Tout était vraiment parfait du début à la fin. Le logement correspondait totalement à l’annonce : propre, confortable et très bien situé. L’hôte a été très réactive à nos messages et extrêmement gentille, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous aider si nécessaire. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir !
The apartment has a fantastic view. Being on the 20th floor with views of the river and bridge is very nice. The remote heaters work well and kept the apartment warm. The team has a reasonable response time. However, the apartment does not feel like a home and is not suitable for a family with children; it feels more like a money-driven rental. The host called to ask what time we would check out the next morning and whether we would leave early so the cleaning team could come, which felt unwelcoming and rushed. The electricity breaker trips when multiple appliances are used at the same time. There were no instructions for food delivery, and the intercom phone volume was very low, which led to a rude interaction with the security guard during a delivery. Cleaning could be improved; the master suite had an odor upon arrival. The floor outside the en-suite bathroom was warped and felt unsafe to walk on. The pillows are very small. The shower water turns cold after one person uses it.
Heel fijn verblijf! Mooie ruimte en de host reageerde snel wanneer we vragen hadden. We hebben met 5 personen en een baby een hele fijne tijd gehad. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in de woning. Aanrader!

Mi estancia con mi familia en el apartamento fue excelente. Las camas eran muy cómodas, las vistas (especialmente de noche) impresionantes, y el apartamento precioso, bien decorado y totalmente equipado. Disponer de una PlayStation 5 fue un detalle que nos permitió disfrutar de algunas partidas antes de dormir. Todo estaba impecable a nuestra llegada, la limpieza era excelente y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y clara en todo momento. El parking subterráneo del edificio fue muy fácil de encontrar gracias a las instrucciones recibidas y la plaza de garaje era amplia y cómoda. Si que es verdad que, como leí en uno de los comentarios, se escucha ruido del tráfico incluso con las ventanas de cerradas, a pesar de estar en un piso 20, aunque en ningún caso resultó molesto para el descanso. Sin duda, es un alojamiento al que volveríamos y que recomendamos plenamente.
Great location. Responsive, friendly host. The property was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great stay.
