O apartamento é exatamente como aparece nas fotos. O rooftop é um luxo, com uma excelente vista do castelo São Jorge e do arco da rua Augusta. A localização é sensacional, próximo de tudo. O ambiente era muito limpo. Alguns móveis estão um pouco datados e precisam de renovação, mas no geral tudo se encontra em boas condições. As tempestades em Lisboa causaram danos no telhado do edifício que geraram pequenos vazamentos na área interna que atrapalharam um pouco (embora isso não seja culpa do anfitrião)

Lovely central apartment with a wonderful host!
Great location and true to the photos. Luis was very helpful when checking us in, which they kindly allowed us to do early. There were a couple of leaks in the ceiling which were probably made worse by the weather, but our stay was short so this didn’t massively affect us.

Appartement très bien situé, beaucoup de monuments sont à proximité et donc accessible à pied. Logement impeccable et correspondant au photos. Je recommande
My family of four spent two nights in Maria’s apartment and loved the location and easy access to sites, shops, and restaurants in Baixa and Chiado. It was very quiet, being on a side street and on the fifth floor, and the building is very well-maintained. The apartment is nicely decorated (some lovely light fixtures) and the main bedroom has two pocket doors, an interesting feature that allowed for easy access. The loft bedroom was comfortable for our 21-year-old son despite having a slanted ceiling. The foyer is very spacious and the apartment receives a lovely amount of sunlight. The two bathrooms have plenty of hot water, and are generously sized, but note that sinks are small and there is minimal counter space for toiletries if you travel with a lot of items. We were very comfortable during our two-night stay and although we didn’t use the rooftop patio (as it was January and a bit cold), that would be a lovely place to relax in warmer months. Overall very satisfied!
We are a family of five and stayed in Lisbon for a long weekend in January. The apartment is right in the center with everything within walking distance. The apartment itself was very beautiful and I can believe the the roof top terrace in summer is amazing, although we were not able to really put it to use as January isnt the warmest, but the panorama from up there is really beautiful. The place is equipped with everything one needs, the rooms are nice with two bathrooms wich was nice. The living area, although not very big was lovely and we had great time there as a family. Restaurants, shops and main attractions are all minutes away on foot and the food is very good. A special compliment for the team in charge of the apartment for their unbelievable responce time, at all hours, no problems and a superior service attitude. Couldnt recommend this enough as a perfect place to stay at in Lisbon.
