Welcome to Baixa Central! This cozy apartment is located at Rua de Augusta, the most central street with everything you need just by doorsteps. The famous Rossio square is only 500meters away, where you can find both the train and the metro line, as well as the heritage tram to discover my beautiful hometown.
It's a charming two bedrooms apartment with a cozy living room plus a relaxing area. We provide the white standard bedding sets to make sure you can pass a comfortable night here. The kitchen is renovated with modern appliances and basic kitchen utensils to make a nice breakfast and supper.

Within 3min walk from the apartment you can find the Baixa-chiado metro station (with is an interchange station where connect the Blue and Green lines). While the famous Lisbon Tram 28 can be found in 2min walk only. The Rossio train station is 4min walk away from the apartment, which connects to the beautiful town of Sintra.
For those who come with a car, please note that you won't be able to reach to the building itself as we are located in a pedestrian street. In fact it can be difficult to find a parking lot nearby as well due to the prime location of the apartment. The best option would be the underground parking at Praça da Figueira, which is in 4min walk from the apartment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria, dans un environnement très vivant et très bien situé. Attention cependant au bruit de la rue qui ne permet pas de faire de grasses matinées mais nous ne partons à priori pas en vacances pour dormir. Au sujet des odeurs mentionnées dans les autres commentaires, rien de rédhibitoire. Les odeurs sont les mêmes un peu de partout dans la ville. À recommander !!

Location is the #1 reason to stay here. Everything you want to see and do is very close. The management company is responsive to requests within a couple hours and extremely friendly. The downside- the place is not well maintained. Regardless, would stay here again because of the location.

Muy lindo alojamiento. Ubicación excelente, muy cerca de todo. Las ventanas aíslan muy bien el ruido de la calle y las camas son cómodas. La atención de todo el personal fue excelente y muy rápida. Lo recomiendo.

Ótima estadia! Fomos em 4 adultos e ter 2 banheiros completos foi ótimo. Toalhas e roupas de cama novos, limpos e cheirosos. Equipe responde rápido e nos recebeu muito bem. Localização é excelente, na principal rua do centro, no meio do agito. Até por isso, a noite tem um pouco de barulho - mas nada que atrapalhasse muito. Como fomos no verão, o apto estava um pouco quente - havia pelo menos 6 ventiladores disponíveis - como melhoria, poderia instalar ar condicionado.

We enjoyed staying at this apt located right in the heart of Lisbon where everything happens! we are a family of 4 with 2 girls (1.5 and 3 y/o) and it was the best location where we can easily get back to rest throughout the day. Keep in mind, this place has no AC. Unfortunately, we arrived (Aug 7-11) right when the heat wave hit Europe so it was quite hot in the apt. Our girls had a hard time falling asleep at night so we had to use both fans that were available for them. I think it would have been helpful too if the fans were upgraded to beat the heat. Because of the location, it was no doubt noisy during the day and night but we had a noise machine that somewhat drowned out the noises for the girls at night. the crowd died down a bit after midnight. it is an old building so the floors were very squeaky. the girls enjoyed the toys and books that were available there. the baby crib was nicely padded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks, Marie & team! we will def. be back!
