Excellent location to access fireworks for New Year’s Eve. Very clean. One toilet didn’t work that’s the reason for 4 stars on some of the questions.
Good communication. Washroom could be improved - one of them is too small, and water does not have continuous good flow. Very strategically located!
good location only need to deal with no lift to manage the luggage dark lobby area where rubbish are deposited. however, overall, comfortable stay in the apartment. responsive and positive replies to query/feedback too!
From the beginning they communicated well and met us right at the door, to let us in. Showed us where everything was, lists of laces to eat and the wifi. Place was very spacious and open, so had room to lounge around or sit at the table to eat. Check in and out was very easy and simple. Only negative thing i would have to say is the tub, in the main room needs better water pressure for the wand and possibly full glass door to close or curtain to keep warm during the shower. I did enjoy getting to take a bath while there, definitely miss having a tub lol. I would recommend this place, for the price, the area and pretty decent quiet place when windows are closed.
This was a lovely place to stay for our first time in Lisbon. We walked everywhere. Lots of sites and things to do that were not far from apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and clean.
The location of the apartment was great, especially for a short stay where you want to have easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. The place was also quite large with a well-equipped kitchen. The beds, however, are not queens but two singles placed side by side. This wasn't a problem in one room, which had a thick and comfortable topper, but the second room was very uncomfortable as the topper was missing. The bed was springy with a hard ridge in the middle where the two single mattresses met. The staff did provide a partial refund to compensate for the experience which was appreciated.

Very nice place, well equipped with all you need. We loved the location, very central with everything you need nearby!
Maria’s place was a great place to be introduced to Lisbon. As my first time here, it was fun to be right in the middle of the tourist shops and sights. The streets were quaint and the buildings unique. We could walk up to get good views and take a quick turn to see or walk along the bay. Also, the apartment was spacious and clean. I definitely recommend this spot if you want to be in an active part of Lisbon.
