Great location! Walkable access to main attractions, including Christmas markets. The feel of privacy even in an apartment building. Shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Lots of coffee shops with excellent coffee and great bakeries within minutes of the accommodation.
Localização excepcional. Quando cheguei consegui pegar uma feira local com comidas e bebidas bem na praça ao lado. O local é muito bom e com bom custo benefício. Já tinha conhecimento sobre o apartamento ficar no 3o andar mas as escadas são de degrau curto e dificulta subir com muitas malas. Este é um ponto que vale considerar, caso não tenha problemas com mobilidade, é uma excelente escolha.

Great location - The place is within walking distance to the Rossio Square and many attractions and restaurants. It was also very easy to get in and out of the city. The place was spacious for my family of 5. The host was very friendly and responsive.
Lovely spacious accommodation, minimal and comfortable. Lovely linen . Location is perfect for walking to popular district’s. Fast communication and flexible . Very generous welcome basket inc much needed coffee pods and a tasty bottle of wine . Very nice touch . We would return .
Great place to stay in the center of Lisbon.
We (parents with a teenager) spent three days/nights in this fabulous apartment which is in the very centre of Lisboa. You can reach everything you long for within a few steps: restaurants, shopping streets and cozy coffee shops... also the Alfama or Bairro Alto district. The apartment with its large living room offers a nice "feeling at home" - perfect when you want to have a rest from the city (or want to leave you shopping bags quickly ;-)). The two bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is perfect equipped (all what you need for a city trip) and when you open the (soundproofed) windows you can listen to the sound of this cool city! (For people with special needs: Bear in mind that you have to bring up your luggage and yourself up to the 3rd floor without elevator.) Many thanks to the entire team around Maria for a well-organised and very friendly hostage in Lisboa. We can highly recommend this place!

Great location, very close to the subway and train station. It's central tourist area, so obviously lots of people around, but that also means lots of dining options nearby. Solid windows and shutters so you don't hear outside noise. It's in one of the few flat areas of the city, so that was nice on lazy days. We had six people, it's a tight fit but doable. One full bath and the back terrace was converted to water closet - toilet and hand sink. Small (and very cold in the winter). The shower is similar in size to a RV shower. Two negatives about the property. The mattress and platform on the fold out couch needs replaced. No one wanted to sleep on that bed, the middle is sunk down. The back bedroom would occasionally get a bad odor and need aired out. It would be nice to have a pull latch on the back bathroom door, so that the doors can be easily closed from within the water closet. Solid 4.5 stars, replace the couch/mattress and it's 5. Host is very helpful and responsive.
