Overall had a great stay here! The dogs were barely an issue as some times they weren’t noisy, but I would be cautious if noise is a problem for you at night. Thought the location was perfect, it’s so close to so many cafes, restaurants, and shops, and right by Time Out Market. Would recommend!
Apartment was great and perfect for a few days in Lisbon. Dogs next door didn’t bark too often, so we had no issues with the noise. Only issue was unlocking the door from the inside. Instructions were provided, however not clear enough. The door handle does work, and you have turn the lock itself all the way to the left till you hear a click before it will open. Once this was figured out, it was simple each time. We appreciated the quick response from the host to assist us in figuring out the door.
Achei o lugar ótimo, não tive nenhum problema com os carros e de verdade, não os ouvi em nenhum momento. Tive um problema com a água e eles foram super proativos para resolver e nem era um problema deles. Sempre atenciosos e bem carinhosos. Vários mimos no apartamento.
Perfect location for a stay in Lisbon. A lot of nice cafes restaurants in the area. The appartment is brandnew and has an elevator, very nice to have with a heavy suitcase and very unusual for Lisbon. All was nice and clean when we arrived. And we had a good and easy communication with Maria. Yes, the dogs in the kennel where a bit laud but Maria provided earplugs, that helped. We can recommend the appartment 👍
Maria's place is a cute, well-appointed studio apartment. Very detailed entry instructions including several pictures, which were appreciated. Very clean, with a thoughtful welcome basket with water and snacks. It's an elevator building, which is much appreciated at the end of a day of tackling all the hills in Lisbon! As described, there's a dog kennel within sight and we did hear some barking but nothing that bothered us, and there are plugs provided if needed.
The location is very good, just few minutes walking distance to many famous locations. The apartment is lovely and clean. Very nice.

This trip to Lisbon was absolutely perfect! I was so lucky to have chosen Maria's apartment! First of all, the apartment was incredibly well-equipped, meeting all our needs for our stay! We could prepare dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen and wash away the day's fatigue in the hot water-filled bathroom! The room also had a washing machine, iron, dishwasher, and other amenities to make things easier for us. Secondly, the security at this apartment was fantastic! Access required a password, there was an elevator, each room had its own key, and the doors were very secure, making us feel very safe! I also want to give extra praise to Maria's team! This team was very professional, responsive, and always quick to answer our questions, making us feel right at home! The only downside is that the dog downstairs sometimes barks, but it doesn't last long and isn't a big problem for us who sleep well. If given the opportunity, we would still consider this apartment as a base for our next trip!
