Maria’s place is in a great location and it is very lovely. Our only complaint relates to the second bathroom. The two panels that are pushed to flush the toilet were missing and there was a strong very unpleasant sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom.

Boa acomodação, ficamos confortáveis durante nossa estádia. Luis foi muito gentil conosco, ele deixou que guardecemos nossas malas antes do check in previsto.
Good location
Overall a highly positive experience of staying in this place: super central, close to major attractions and Bairro Alto for going out. Beautiful view of Santa Justa elevator and Convento do Carmo. For us it wasn't a problem, however sensitive sleepers should probably think twice, cause the flat is in the area that stays lively until late, also theres a church nearby, so you can hear its bells and all the morning hustle. On the other hand, even if you don't feel like going out, you can enjoy a glass of wine in the living room, while listening to the sound of the neighborhood. Spotless and well-equipped for a pleasant stay. All in all, would book again. Areas for improvement: 1) in the smaller bathroom - sink was clogged at times, smaller shower head did not work, no cover on the flushing buttons, sewage smell appeared at times 2) one of the ironers did not work, the others ironing surface needs cleaning (had some residue that stained my clothes), 3) freezer needs defrosting.
The location is amazing, the rooms are taken care of, only the missing air conditon was surpsising as we missed the description but at night the weather is so comfortable you do not even need it, and the portable ventillation perfectly did its job.
Große, geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Wir waren vier Freunde und hatten jeder ein eigenes Schlafzimmer ,was uns viel Stress erspart hat. Quasi eine Wohngemeinschaft für den Urlaub 🙂 Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Zimmer sind über einen kleinen Balkon verbunden. Über den Dächern von Lissabon. Man ist hier mitten im Geschehen, hat kurze Wege und ist gut angebunden. nachts kann es dadurch bissl unruhig werden, wie es in jeder Stadt ist. Ein Preis, den wir gern akzeptiert haben.

Heel ruim appartement op de vierde etage dus veel trappen lopen. Geen lift aanwezig. Middenin het centrum van Lissabon, dus veel voorzieningen op loopafstand. Door centrale ligging wel wat gehorig. Geen airco aanwezig, wel veel ventilatoren.
