Everything about this stay was amazing unfortunately there was a leak in the room but that was not the hosts fault and they were very protective and came up with a temporary fix whilst we were there and was perfectly fine also there was a strong smell from one of the bathrooms and again they were very proactive and sent someone out to have a look but I think the smell was more to do with the old building having old plumbing but the overall stay was amazing great location and exactly as described great stay
A host met us at the apartment right on time, showed us the apartment and gave some pointers about local shops. The apartment was spacious, clean and bright, being around Christmas it was colder outside, but the heaters were sufficient to keep the place warm. The kitchen was fully stocked with all items you could need for cooking, but as there were so many restaurant around (6 within 50m for starters) we didn't. A few items in the flat were a little tired, but it didn't impact our stay at all. Beds and sofa were comfortable, shower room and main bathroom had plenty of hot water. The street below was busy from 8am, but not overly so, we found it quiet at night. Yes, it is on the 4th floor but wasn't an issue for us, the stairway is wide and we were given plenty of warning beforehand about the stairs so wasn't a surprise. We would stay again if in Lisbon for sure.

Maria was so incredibly helpful! Super responsive and informative. We needed a private transfer from the apartment to the airport and she took care of the booking. It was so convenient! The lovation of the apartment was great;close to everything (especially the ginjha bar) and easy to navigate.

Maria was very responsive and welcoming throughout 10 day stay. Our flight arrived early in the AM and Maria kindly arranged to meet us early to drop off our luggage. The apartment was spacious, airy, spotless, and well equipped. With eight people, it never felt crowded. We loved being two doors down from a coffee cafe in either direction, and easily walkable to a large grocery store. Well located for walkable sights, shopping, and transportation. Yes, there were a lot of steps, and no one complained: youngest 2, oldest 72; it was great exercise, even after walking all day.
