Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Maria. Alles war vorhanden und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Beautiful apartment in an excellent location
Thank you for the flexibility with luggage drop-off and check-in—it was very much appreciated and made our arrival smooth. We also appreciated the welcome gift, which was a thoughtful touch. A few details could be improved to elevate the experience. Since a coffee machine is advertised, it would be better not to include coffee pods as a welcome gift, especially as the manual did not match the machine in the unit. Four pods for four guests over two nights were insufficient, and the machine uses a larger pod type that is not commonly available for purchase. The dryer also appears to need checking. For light sleepers, the location is excellent for bus access and convenience, but it can be noisy when windows are open. During our stay, the air conditioning was set to heating, so we had to open the windows and street noise was noticeable. Overall, a very good stay in a convenient location. With a few refinements, this could easily be a 5-star experience.
Overall this was a fabulous place to stay with a great location close to a lot of activities and food, as well as an easy bolt ride to the airport on the day we left. The bathroom seemed to have some dirt around the shower and corners of the bathroom. The floor felt like it might not have been swept, but neither of these would prevent me from staying again. My only complaint is that the pillows on all the beds were terrible without cushion and seemed old and worn out. I let them know, so hopefully they are replaced soon. Most notable was the washer/dryer IN the apartment, which is rare, but so appreciated!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
Alles Gut, super Lage nahe der Metro, bzw. auch zu Fuss einiges zu entdecken! Aufenthalt war schön, die Küche ist leider schon ein wenig abgenutzt, aber alles vorhanden! Sauberkeit wäre evtl. ein wenig zu optimieren 😉 Liebe Grüße

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria’s. We had to extend our trip in Lisbon a few more nights because our son was poorly and Maria’s place was perfect for us (and him) to recover. It smelled nice, was spacious, warm, comfy beds, and we were able to cook meals when we needed to. The place also had some children’s books which was nice. The location is great, good transport links, lots of different cafes and restaurants nearby. The 24 hour pharmacy up the road was very helpful in our situation. For those driving, there’s also a parking lot a minute walk away. The only downside, which many other reviews have pointed out, was the traffic noise. It can be loud at times as the bedroom windows face a main road. It was fine for us but a bit distracting for our 3 year old during sleep times. Maria and her team were wonderful - quick to respond and made sure our stay was as comfortable as it can be. Thank you guys! We’ll hopefully be back soon!
Our family enjoyed a wonderful five-night stay at Maria's apartment. The space was bright, spacious—especially the living room—and very comfortable. As other guests have noted, the extra half-bathroom was incredibly helpful for the four of us. The location was decent; it took about a 20 to 30-minute walk to reach major sites and neighborhoods with restaurants and shops. For other popular areas, like Alfama, we used Uber, which took around 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. Maria's team provided excellent service. They were quick to respond and offered helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and shops. The welcome gift basket, which included a nice bottle of red wine, was much appreciated after a long day of traveling to the apartment. Overall, our family had a fantastic time at Maria's apartment, making our trip to Lisbon truly memorable.
