Welcome to Modern São Bento! This luxurious two bedroom apartment is located in a prime neighborhood near Príncipe Real, surrounded by parks and local restaurants. Here you can easily live in a old Lisboeta( Lisboner) style, charming and calm, while you will also find yourself just 300 meters away from Largo de Rato, one of the most central plaza in the city center with all kinds of transportation.
Also for family travelers with kids, we've prepared a comfortable area with toys for them to play.

How to get there
The apartment is located besides Plaza Rato, by 3min walking you can find taxis, bus stops, metro station ( Rato) , and also the famous electric tram of Lisbon which can take you get around the historic center!
There is also a big public parking in 5min walk from the apartment where has a daily offer of 10 euros.
Close by
Central located in Lisbon,  Príncipe Real is one of the most comfortable residential neighbourhood full of arts and beautiful tiny shops . The apartment is at a 3 minutes walk from Largo do Rato, where you can find all the facilities you may need, like supermarket, pharmacy, art galleries, metro station, also a stop of the famous Tram 24, by which you can get around the historical centre. 
If you are coming with your family you will have a good time in Principe Real garden and Jardim Estrela Park, which are only 9 minutes walk. 
By the same distance of walk you can reach the river side, where has plenty of activities to do, like discovering the trendy Timeout Market.
You'll be surrounded by good and typical gastronomy and art. All this lovely experience awaits you here.
