Maria’s team was very responsive and courteous. They brought over extra toys for our infant, and even tape to allow us to hang up a birthday banner to celebrate his turning 1, which was so appreciated. The unit itself was clean and as advertised, though fridge had a noticeable odor. Of note, you need to go up a staircase to reach the unit, which is not the easiest thing to do for a family traveling with infants or small children. The units also aren’t marked so it was confusing to figure out which unit to enter. Fortunately Maria was easy to reach and helped right away.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement, très propre, fonctionnel, la décoration est juste, l'emplacement est différent du tourisme standard, proche du métro, dans un quartier résidentiel. Tout fonctionne. Le contact avec l'équipe est excellent.

Super anfitriões, respostas muito rápidas. Ajudaram-nos com o roteiro para visitar a cidade, boa localização, casa super organizada, e de acordo com as imagens, recomendo a 100%. A minha familia amou a estadia.
We stayed here for three weeks and everything went perfect. The apartment is very nice and tidy, no noise at all during nights. Highly recommended!
This was a great place to stay. The team were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would absolutely recommend.
